How to make sour and spicy pickled radish, crispy and delicious, goes well with rice

Radishes are a rich source of antioxidants such as catechins, pyrogallol, vanillic acid, and other phenolic compounds. They also contain vitamin C, which acts as an antioxidant to protect your cells from damage.

Here is a delicious way to pickle radish, with a sour, spicy, crunchy taste.

Ingredient:

- 1 white radish about 600 grams

- 2 tablespoons white vinegar

- 3 tablespoons salt

- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 lemon

- 2 small chili peppers

Making:

1. Wash the white radish and cut into thin slices.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of salt and marinate for an hour. The radish will slowly release water, squeeze out the water and set aside.

3. Slice lemon, dice chili and add to the bowl of radish.

4. Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce to the bowl.

5. Add 2 tablespoons white vinegar and 1 teaspoon salt.

6. Add 2 tablespoons of white sugar.

7. Mix well and leave it for more than 3 hours.

9. The color of the radish will gradually darken. This way the radish will be very crispy, soaked in sweet and sour spices, extremely delicious.
