(Chinhphu.vn) - Time to organize traffic flow and directions for vehicles serving the second comprehensive training program will start from 12:30 on August 24 to 2:00 on August 25.

Many central Hanoi streets will have traffic diversion and road closures.

Tomorrow (August 24), the second rehearsal program will take place to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.

To ensure traffic order and safety, prevent congestion, facilitate traffic diversion and organization, at noon on August 23, Hanoi City Police announced that the time for organizing traffic diversion and directions for vehicles serving the second comprehensive training program will start from 12:30 on August 24 to 2:00 on August 25.

Thus, the time to start organizing traffic flow and road closures will be 4 hours and 30 minutes earlier than previously announced.

Routes where all vehicles are strictly prohibited (except vehicles with security badges and vehicles serving the celebration):

Total ban from 12:30 on August 24 to 2:00 on August 25: Hoang Hoa Tham, Thuy Khue (from Hung Vuong to Van Cao), Mai Xuan Thuong, Quan Thanh, Phan Dinh Phung, Hung Vuong, Hoang Van Thu, Doc Lap, Chua Mot Cot, Bac Son, Ton That Dam, Nguyen Canh Chan, Hoang Dieu, Cua Bac and Yen Phu streets.

Intermittent ban from 12:30 to 16:30 (based on mission requirements and actual situation) and total ban from 16:30 on August 24 to 2:00 on August 25:

City Police recommend traffic restrictions on the following routes:

- Routes in the area from Ring Road 2 to Ring Road 3: restrict traffic for passenger transport vehicles with less than 16 seats, private cars, and motorbikes.

- Routes in the area from Ring Road 1 to Ring Road 2: traffic restrictions for vehicles.

- For some routes from Ring Road 3 towards the suburban area (including: National Highway 32, Cau Dien, Ho Tung Mau, Le Duc Tho, Le Quang Dao, Thang Long Boulevard, Lang Van Hoa Street, National Highway 21A, Ho Chi Minh Road, National Highway 6, Quang Trung, Tran Phu, Nguyen Trai, Provincial Road 419, Provincial Road 429, Vo Nguyen Giap, National Highway 18): restrict traffic for vehicles (except buses, garbage collection vehicles, vehicles for handling and troubleshooting, vehicles with security badges, vehicles serving the celebration).
