At the meeting, delegate Dang Hong Sy reported on the expected content of the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, the session is expected to start from October 23 to November 29. The National Assembly will consider and pass 9 draft laws, 2 draft resolutions; give opinions on 8 draft laws. At the same time, it will consider reports on the assessment of the implementation results of the socio-economic development plan, the state budget for 2023 and the socio -economic development plan, the state budget estimate and the central budget allocation plan for 2024... In addition, delegate Dang Hong Sy informed about a number of issues of public concern in the province.
After listening to the National Assembly Delegate's report, Tan Hai commune voters proposed that the National Assembly should pay attention to raising the preferential allowance standard for people with revolutionary contributions, possibly increasing from 50% - 70% compared to present; at the same time, there should be more support policies because most of these subjects are currently old and weak, with many cases facing difficult circumstances. In addition, voters also suggested that the Provincial People's Council consider building Ba Dang fishing port to support fishermen in Tan Hai commune to have a place to anchor boats and take shelter from storms, along with paying attention to upgrading and building infrastructure such as roads, bridges, culverts, etc. for La Gi town to become a city directly under the province.
Voters of Tan Hai commune are also interested in the issue of tourism development in the locality. According to voters, La Gi town has the advantage of having many beautiful tourist spots and bordering Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. However, La Gi town currently lacks many entertainment, recreation and resort areas, so voters recommend that authorities at all levels need to invest in management and organization of tourist areas to attract tourists, turning tourism into a spearhead industry of the locality.
In addition, voters also requested authorities at all levels to repair and upgrade roads, clean up the environment, and plan residential land for people in Tan Hai commune...
The opinions and recommendations of voters of Tan Hai commune were received, recorded and synthesized by National Assembly Delegate Dang Hong Sy and submitted to the National Assembly and relevant agencies for consideration and response according to their authority.
