Presiding over the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee Nghiem Xuan Thanh emphasized that recently, the Central Committee and the Politburo have paid special attention to leading and directing the improvement of institutions, considering this a "breakthrough of breakthroughs" to unlock resources, remove bottlenecks, and contribute to bringing the country into a new era - the era of national progress.

The leadership has issued a comprehensive set of new policies and legal regulations. Simultaneously, the Central Committee has issued new resolutions and regulations on reforming and improving the effectiveness of Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work. This is identified as one of the most important methods of leadership. Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement are placed within the overall context of Party building, improving national governance, and achieving the strategic goals of national development set forth at the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission stated that the new requirements for Party inspection officials today are a strong renewal in thinking, methods, skills, and organizational capacity; they must firmly grasp the Party's policies, deeply understand legal regulations, and closely follow practical realities. Inspection officials cannot work solely on experience, but must work on a solid foundation of legal knowledge, sharp thinking, and in-depth professional expertise.

"Therefore, organizing this conference to update knowledge on new legal regulations and provide professional training in inspection and supervision for officials throughout the inspection sector is a proactive, strategic, and absolutely necessary step," Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh stated.
