Accordingly, more than 3,700 households in Tuy Hoa ward and the communes of Dong Xuan and Tuy An Dong (Dak Lak province) received support ranging from 12 to 20 million VND per household, depending on the extent of damage caused by floods and other disasters. Of these, nearly 1,500 households in Tuy Hoa ward received support; over 700 households in Dong Xuan commune; and over 700 households in Tuy An Dong commune.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Pham Van Bay, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province and Chairman of the Union of Friendship Organizations of Dak Lak province, affirmed that the very practical support from the Tzu Chi Foundation has helped thousands of households receive additional encouragement, both materially and spiritually, to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, storms, and floods. This is one of the large-scale humanitarian support activities implemented in Dak Lak recently, demonstrating the spirit of sharing, community responsibility, and practical companionship of international organizations with people in disaster-stricken areas of Vietnam.

The Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province also requested that localities implement transparency and accountability in the allocation of funds, ensuring that support reaches the people promptly and effectively, thereby instilling confidence in them to rebuild and stabilize their lives.
