With a powerful voice, the youngest contestant in the competition, Le Thi Hoang Vy (Party Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee), delivered a clear and logical presentation on the topic "From the innovative understanding of culture in the Party's 14th Congress documents to the aspiration for the development of culture and people in Khanh Hoa in the new era." In just under 20 minutes, the contestant clarified the new and groundbreaking points in the Party's 14th Congress documents related to culture and awakened the aspiration for the development of culture and people in Khanh Hoa in the new era, highlighting five key new points: Identifying the importance of building a national value system, a cultural value system, a family value system, and the standards of Vietnamese people in the new era; affirming the fundamental role of building and developing Vietnamese culture and people; identifying cultural development in the digital age as a new driving force for national development; and unleashing the potential of the cultural industry. The presentation emphasized strengthening the "resistance" of culture and firmly protecting the ideological foundation of the Party. It also outlined five specific tasks and solutions to awaken the cultural and human potential of Khanh Hoa province in accordance with the spirit of the 14th Party Congress and the responsibility of propaganda and mass mobilization work in supporting the province's cultural development. The presentation was convincing to the audience due to its clear content and expressive delivery; the illustrations carefully selected beautiful images that closely followed the presentation content, and the investment in applying information technology demonstrated meticulous research of documents and serious preparation for the competition entry.

In her presentation on the topic "Bringing the Party's 14th Resolution into Life: From the Development Orientation of Khanh Hoa Province to the Role of Cadre Training and Development at the Provincial Political School," contestant Vu Thi Ly (Party Committee of the Provincial Political School) provided a clear and concise analysis and connection: To effectively implement the resolution, the most important factor remains the human element. Therefore, for the Provincial Political School, the most important task is to do a good job of training and developing cadres. To achieve this, the school's staff and lecturers must innovate their teaching methods, focusing on the learner so that students enjoy studying politics and know how to connect theory with practice. Sharing her thoughts after receiving first prize, contestant Le Thi Hoang Vy said: “During the preparation process, I received attentive guidance from my colleagues. Representing the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department in the competition, I told myself I had to try my best. Through the competition, I feel I have matured more, honed my reporting and presentation skills to better serve the propaganda and mass mobilization work. The competition also helped me learn how to communicate in an easy-to-understand, relatable, and practical way, contributing to bringing the Party's resolutions closer to life. Many contestants demonstrated strong political acumen, in-depth knowledge, good presentation skills, and effective application of information technology, creating widespread impact and high persuasiveness. The competition was not only an opportunity for contestants to interact, learn, exchange experiences, and improve their professional skills, but also contributed to discovering and nurturing outstanding individuals, continuing to build a team of speakers and propagandists with strong political acumen and professional expertise, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. In the coming time, it is requested that Party committees and grassroots Party branches continue to pay attention to leading and creating conditions for the team of speakers and propagandists to train and improve their professional skills; Continue to play a pivotal role as the core force on the Party's ideological front, contributing to the rapid implementation of Party resolutions, creating unity in awareness and action among cadres, Party members, civil servants, and workers.
At the conclusion of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to contestant Le Thi Hoang Vy (Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department); two second prizes to contestants Nguyen Thi Hang (Party Branch of Specialized Agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies) and Nguyen Thi Thuy Suong (Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council); and three third prizes to contestants: Vu Thi Ly (Party Committee of the Provincial Political School), Truong Thanh Thuy Han (Party Branch of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee), and Le Thi Bich Thuy (Party Committee of Khanh Hoa Newspaper, Radio and Television).
