Specifically, Justin Hubner wants 1 million euros (nearly 26 billion VND) to agree to become an Indonesian citizen and play for teams in the archipelago country.
Vocket FC's Indonesian branch said: "PSSI decided to stop the naturalization process of Dutch player Justin Hubner, because it could not meet the player's request. Justin Hubner wanted 1 million euros, so he could wear the Indonesian national team's shirt to participate in international tournaments."

"PSSI said they could not meet the above request, although PSSI did not specify the terms in Justin Hubner's request" - Vocket FC Indonesia added.
This newspaper also did not forget to quote PSSI commissioner, Mr. Arya Sinulingga: "We do not want to reveal details, but PSSI cannot meet Justin's request, so PSSI will not continue the naturalization process for him."
Justin Hubner (1m87 tall) was born in 2003 in the Netherlands, but is of Indonesian descent. This player is playing for the U21 Wolverhampton Wanderers team of England.
Justin Hubner is being promoted to become Indonesian naturalized in order to strengthen the country's U20 team before the U20 World Cup finals this year, which were scheduled to be held in the archipelago country.
However, after FIFA stripped Indonesia of the right to host the U20 World Cup (which also meant that the Indonesian U20 team was also eliminated from the tournament, as the team had previously failed to qualify), the need for naturalization for young talents trained abroad was no longer so urgent for Indonesian football.
