According to Olivier Langlet, General Director of Central Retail Vietnam, the quality of lychees has improved significantly, both in appearance and flavor. The group has planned to sell lychees, organize many trade promotion activities; stimulate demand and promote the product with the goal of doubling lychee sales compared to the previous season.

Central Retail is scheduled to hold its 5th Vietnam Fruit Week on June 4-6, with Luc Ngan lychees featured at its main booth.

In particular, GO!, Tops Market, and mini-go! supermarket chains will prioritize the best locations within their stores to display and promote Bac Ninh lychees, while also implementing online sales channels to facilitate easy access, purchase, and experience of authentic Bac Ninh lychee specialties for consumers.

Furthermore, Central Retail continues to promote the export of lychees from Bac Ninh to the Thai market. According to the leaders of Central Retail Group, developing a modern commercial infrastructure system not only contributes to boosting domestic consumption, creating more jobs and improving the quality of services for people, but also helps to promote and expand sustainable markets for agricultural products, specialties and OCOP products of Bac Ninh province in particular and the whole country in general.
