"To achieve these results, in addition to studying hard in class, I also focused on self-study at home. In the evenings, I studied from 8 PM to 11 PM and then rested, so that I could continue studying the next day," An said.

Ms. Vu Thi Phuong, the mother of the top-scoring student, revealed that her daughter didn't attend many extra classes, mainly focusing on her studies at school and diligently and independently studying at home.

Absolutely. As the eldest child in a farming family, Linh has always been proactive in her studies since childhood. With her parents' guidance, Linh consistently achieved the title of excellent student throughout her 12 years of schooling.

Since 10th grade, Linh has been aiming to study in the A00 subject group with the dream of entering the Foreign Trade University and becoming an entrepreneur in the future.

"During the final exam preparation period, I focused on practicing with exam papers from the Department of Education and Training to familiarize myself with the exam format of the new curriculum and closely followed the sample papers from the Ministry of Education and Training. From there, I identified my strengths and weaknesses to improve," Linh shared her secret to achieving high scores in the exam.

Ms. Pham Thi Hue, Linh's homeroom teacher, said she wasn't too surprised by Linh's three perfect scores of 10. Immediately after the exam, Linh checked her results and confidently discussed them with her homeroom teacher.

"In class, Linh excels in all subjects. Furthermore, although she's not a student leader, Linh has very clever ideas and actively participates in school and class activities," Ms. Hue said.

The top-scoring female student in Hung Yen, who achieved three perfect scores of 10 in the A00 subject group, dreams of becoming an entrepreneur.

Nguyen Le Hien Mai , a 12th-grade chemistry student from Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted (Phu Tho province), is the top scorer in the A00 group with a perfect 30/30. Mai is currently creating a sensation with her innocent, youthful "schoolgirl" beauty.

Nguyen Duy Phong , a student from Chuong My A High School (Hanoi), is not only the top scorer in the A00 group in the recent high school graduation exam, but also achieved a high overall score.

He topped the High School Student Assessment Exam (HSA) organized by Hanoi National University, achieving 130/150 points, surpassing last year's top scorer by 1 point.

In the second round of the Thinking Skills Assessment exam organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Nguyen Duy Phong achieved a score of 90.54, placing him among the top four candidates nationwide.

Tran Huu Thinh , a student in class 12A1 at Hung Nhan High School (Hung Yen province), is the top scorer in the A00 subject group. Pham Quang Hien Vinh , a student from Dinh Tien Hoang High School in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau), is the 8th top scorer in the A00 group.

Nguyen Viet Hung , a 12th-grade student specializing in English at Chu Van An High School for the Gifted (Hanoi), simultaneously achieved top honors in all the subjects he participated in and applied for in the entrance exams.

The titles he achieved include: Top student nationwide in the high school graduation exam, top student in block A01 (mathematics, physics, English combination), top student in block C01 (mathematics, literature, physics combination), top student in block D01 (mathematics, literature, English combination), and top student in block D11 (literature, physics, English combination). These are all the subject combinations that the male student could apply for in university admissions.

Viet Hung's high school graduation exam scores were: 10 points in Math, 10 points in Physics, 9.75 points in English, and 9.25 points in Literature.

Viet Hung said his plan is to use the A01 subject combination to apply for admission to the computer science program at Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

The top student in the C00 group is Nguyen Tran Yen Nhi, a 12th-grade student from Cua Lo High School (Nghe An). Speaking to a reporter from Dan Tri newspaper , Yen Nhi shared that the most important thing for her in her studies is maintaining a stable mindset, studying all subjects consistently, avoiding excessive pressure, and always having a clear plan.

"I studied history and geography from the ground up, mastering the basic knowledge rather than just practicing with exam questions. For literature, thanks to the teachers who mentored gifted students, I was able to hone my critical thinking skills and write more coherent essays," the female student said.

Not only is Yen Nhi an excellent student, but she is also very determined. Her father passed away when she was only 4 years old, and her mother, a middle school teacher, raised two children on her own. Yen Nhi's younger brother is currently in 10th grade.
