Noni Madueke's injury couldn't have come at a worse time for Arsenal.

Madueke started against Manchester City but was replaced by Bukayo Saka just after half-time. Coach Mikel Arteta shared: “He (Noni Madueke) had problems from the start of the game and was not fit enough to continue playing.”

According to The Athletic , medical tests this week confirmed Madueke avoided an anterior cruciate ligament injury but will still be out for at least two months with a knee problem. The injury means Madueke could miss up to 14 games for Arsenal and England, including Premier League, Carabao Cup, Champions League and World Cup qualifiers.
