Tan Dinh Commune Farmers' Association was established on the basis of merging the former three communes' farmers' associations: Ninh Binh, Ninh Quang, and Ninh Xuan. Although it has only been cultivated since the end of 2023, this place has become a model for clean agricultural production and green agricultural products. Ms. To Thi Thia - Head of the Green Agriculture Cooperative said: "The total land area of ​​the Cooperative is 46 hectares, used to grow medicinal plants with high economic value. In addition, a part of the area is planted with commercial aloe vera. The time for medicinal plants to produce medicinal properties is about 4 years on average, so growing aloe vera is for short-term use to support long-term use, and up to now it has been harvested. With the current output and selling price, every 20 days or so, the Cooperative has an aloe vera harvest to raise funds to continue production rotation. In addition, the Green Agriculture Cooperative is creating jobs for 3 regular workers with an income of 8 million VND/person/month and using many other seasonal workers. The Cooperative's activities in the past have received active support from the Tan Dinh Commune Farmers' Association in carrying out administrative procedures, introducing and promoting the brand. In the coming time, the Cooperative hopes that the Commune Farmers' Association will continue to support farming techniques and introduce access to loan sources. production development".

In Binh Thanh village, the National Mushroom Breeding Cooperative, after nearly 10 years of construction and development, has gradually affirmed its name in the South Central Coast region. The Cooperative has 10,000m2 ^of mushroom farms and 10,000m2 ^of mushroom spawn production workshops, providing regular employment for 6 workers with an income of 6 to 7 million VND/person/month. In 2023, the Cooperative's Ganoderma, King oyster, and Gray Oyster mushroom products were certified as 3-star OCOP. Currently, each month, the Cooperative supplies the market with about 600kg of mushrooms and nearly 40,000 mushroom spawns. “In the past time, the Tan Dinh Commune Farmers' Association has provided us with information and created conditions for us to participate in fairs and events displaying agricultural products; supported us in promoting and introducing products so that more and more customers will know about the Cooperative's products. We are doing the procedures to re-register OCOP products and have currently received advice and support from the Farmers' Association" - Ms. Le Thi Kim Luan - Director of the National Mushroom Breeding Cooperative said.

Implementing the movement "Farmers compete in good production and business, unite to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty, period 2023 - 2025", Tan Dinh Commune Farmers' Association has 1,968 households achieving the title of good production and business at all levels. From the movement, many typical and advanced farmers have emerged such as: Mr. Cao Van Phuong's household (Thanh My village), Mr. Nguyen Van Hai's household (Tan Son village), Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi's household (Binh Thanh village)... Well-off and rich households have supported capital, seeds, and working days to help 15 poor and near-poor households escape poverty sustainably. Currently, in Tan Dinh commune, there are 7 models of production linkage according to value chains, 8 cooperatives, and 3 agricultural cooperatives. Many production models with high economic efficiency are being replicated such as: Concentrated fruit tree planting; commercial aloe vera planting; livestock and poultry raising in the direction of biosafety; freshwater aquaculture...

Mr. Nguyen Phu Tai - Chairman of Tan Dinh Commune Farmers' Association said: In the commune, there are 22 farmer associations in villages, 12 professional farmer associations with 4,088 members. In the past time, members and farmers in the commune have actively implemented the criteria to contribute to building a commune that meets the standards of advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas and urban development. The Commune Farmers' Association also mobilized and guided 100 member households to build and develop OCOP product brands and local specialty products; coordinated to organize 5 short-term vocational training courses on cultivation and animal husbandry for 200 members; trained 150 officials and members on economic management skills, operating cooperatives and cooperatives; coordinated with credit institutions to create conditions for 946 members to borrow capital; maintained the operation of 19 savings groups; Organized 9 training courses, 2 technical model demonstrations on new rice varieties; guided members to apply scientific and technical advances in cultivation, animal husbandry, aquaculture, contributing to improving productivity and quality of local agricultural and aquatic products... Through the movements, the whole commune has 27 collectives and 48 individuals with outstanding achievements in association work and local farmers' movements; 1 outstanding farmer won third prize in the farmers' technical innovation contest...
