The summary shows that site clearance work in some areas still exists and has not been completely resolved. In addition, the construction progress of some contractors is still slow, seriously affecting the goal of completing the entire project in 2025.
To end the delay and ensure strictness in direction and management, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the People's Committees of Tan Tien, Ea Knuec, and Ea Ning communes, according to their functions and tasks, to give maximum priority to human resources to coordinate, guide, and immediately resolve land-related procedures, such as: Verifying land origin for the remaining cases, approving specific land prices, compensation plans, support, resettlement, compensation, site clearance, etc., ensuring that no further delays arise. Take full responsibility before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the delay in site clearance work.
