Timely support of teaching equipment for schools in flood-affected areas

Hoang Viet Primary, Secondary and High School (Tan An Ward) donated 62 televisions, nearly 7,000 notebooks, and cash worth nearly VND700 million to schools severely affected by floods in Krong Bong, Hoa Thinh, Tuy An Dong, and Phu Hoa 2 communes.

The schools receiving support include: Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Primary School (Krong Bong commune); Hoa Thinh Primary School, Hoa Dong Primary School, Dong Khoi Secondary School (Hoa Thinh commune); Hoa Quang Nam Primary School, Hoa Tri 1 Primary School, Luong Van Chanh Secondary School, Tran Hao Secondary School, Tran Suyen High School (Phu Hoa 2 commune). Vo Thi Sau High School (Tuy An Dong commune) was awarded 100 million VND in cash to overcome the consequences caused by floods.

Representatives of Hoang Viet Primary, Secondary and High School (Tan An Ward) presented TVs to students of Hoa Thinh Commune.

At the schools that came to give support, Principal of Hoang Viet Primary, Secondary and High School Tran Duc Huyen, on behalf of staff, teachers, students and parents, sent condolences and sympathies to the schools' difficulties after the storm and flood.

At the same time, he expressed his belief that teachers and students in flood-affected areas will promote the tradition of studiousness and the spirit of overcoming difficulties, soon stabilize teaching and learning, ensure the progress of the school year and the quality of education .
