According to HDBank General Director Nguyen Huu Dang, in recent days, the Central region in general and the Eastern region of Dak Lak in particular have suffered historic floods, causing great loss of life and property. Many areas have been isolated, hundreds of houses have had their roofs blown off or damaged; and people's crops and aquaculture ponds have been washed away.

"We understand those losses and want to contribute a small part to help people rebuild their lives after natural disasters," said Mr. Nguyen Huu Dang.
