Accordingly, the People's Committee at the commune level organizes the distribution of opinion collection forms to voters according to each household residing in the area, counts the number of collected forms, the number of valid forms, the number of invalid forms, seals the forms, summarizes the results of collecting voters' opinions in the area and sends them to the People's Council at the same level and prepares a report on the implementation results and sends it to the District People's Committee through the Department of Internal Affairs.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Chau Phu District People's Committee Nguyen Phuoc Nen requested that sectors, unions, fronts and communes and towns step up propaganda and mobilization work to help organizations and people in the area understand the necessity of implementing the arrangement of administrative units at the commune and provincial levels.
