According to initial information, the fire broke out at around 8:30 p.m. the same day, at a house located in lane 509 Vu Tong Phan (Thanh Xuan, Hanoi).

At that time, people discovered a fire at house number 37 in lane 509 and reported it to the authorities. Because there were many flammable objects inside, the fire flared up fiercely, and many people living far away also saw the billowing black smoke.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Thanh Xuan District Police mobilized vehicles and officers and soldiers to the scene to coordinate with the Fire Prevention and Rescue University to put out the fire.
According to initial verification, the fire occurred on the 3rd floor of a 3-storey house in lane 509. Initial determination was that there were no human casualties.
The fire was extinguished at around 9pm. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
