Details of 12 land plots announced by Da Nang with starting rental prices

The land plot marked C2-9B at the corner of Nguyen Van Vinh - Huynh Tinh Cua Street (Hoa Phuoc Commune, Hoa Vang District) is over 2,900 square meters wide, intended for warehouse construction, with a starting price of over 7.4 million VND/square meter.

Land plot B4-2 at the corner of Vung Thung 9 - Van Don street (Tho Quang ward, Son Tra district), over 1,000m2 wide, for the purpose of building a seafood warehouse, has a starting price of nearly 14 million VND/m2.

The commercial service land in the project area No. 2 of the Northwest New Urban Center (Hoang Thi Loan - Dang Minh Khiem street, Lien Chieu district) is over 800 square meters wide, intended for building offices for rent, with a starting price of over 24 million VND/square meter.

Land plot No. 522B Nguyen Luong Bang (Lien Chieu district), over 6,300 square meters wide, intended for construction of a general hospital, has a starting price of over 190,000 VND/square meter/year.

Land plot A2-2 An Hoa 4 residential area, Nai Hien Dong ward (Son Tra district), over 9,500m2 wide, for the purpose of building a general hospital, has a starting price of over 271,000 VND/m2/year.

The land plot at 172 Nguyen Chi Thanh, over 1,600 square meters wide, and the plot at 51A Ly Tu Trong, over 890 square meters wide (both in Hai Chau district), are both intended to build parking lots, with a starting price of over 200,000 VND/square meter/year.

Land plot 383 Cach Mang Thang Tam (Cam Le district) is over 2,900 square meters wide, intended for building a parking lot, with a starting price of over 68,000 VND/square meter/year.

Next is land plot A2-8 at the corner of Tran Quoc Thao - Tran Nam Trung - Liem Lac 5 (Cam Le district), over 10,900 square meters wide, intended to build a nursing home, with a starting price of over 206,000 VND/square meter/year.

Land plot A8 at the corner of Con Dau 4 - Con Dau 6 - Con Dau 7 (belonging to area E of the residential area expansion south of Cam Le bridge, Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district), 2,277m2 wide, for the purpose of building a kindergarten, starting price of over 184,000 VND/m2/year.

Land plot A2-2 on Mac Thien Tich street (in the residential area south of Bui Ta Han, Ngu Hanh Son district) is over 1,480 square meters wide, intended to build a kindergarten, with a starting price of over 187,000 VND/square meter/year.

Finally, the A12 land plot on DT602 road (Hoa Son commune, Hoa Vang district), over 3,600 square meters wide, for the purpose of building a supermarket, has a starting price of over 94,400 VND/square meter/year.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City assigned the Da Nang Land Fund Development Center to carry out related procedures and organize auctions based on the starting prices of the above 12 land plots in accordance with current regulations.
