The above information was issued by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) on March 24, 2025, in Official Letter No. 1239/BGDĐT-QLCL providing guidance on some aspects of organizing the 2025 High School Graduation Examination, sent to the Departments of Education and Training; and the School Affairs Department - Ministry of National Defense .
Regarding the organization of examinations for candidates taking the 2006 General Education Program exam, based on the number of registered candidates, the Departments of Education and Training will arrange a number of examination centers specifically for these candidates. Candidates can register for the exam and apply for graduation recognition either in person or online. The timelines for organizing the exams and the codes for the examination boards will be implemented according to this document.
The examination schedule for candidates taking the exam with questions from the General Education Program is issued with Decision No. 16/2006/QD-BGDĐT dated May 5, 2006, and the Continuing Education Program is issued with Decision No. 50/2006/QD-BGDĐT dated November 7, 2006.

The Department of Education and Training will closely coordinate with local departments and agencies to ensure the correct implementation of the Examination Regulations, this guiding document, and any other guidelines on coordinating the organization of the examination issued by competent authorities (if any). The work of ensuring the safety and security of the examination will continue to be carried out according to the Guidelines on coordinating the implementation of tasks to ensure the security and safety of the High School Graduation Examination.
If any unusual situations arise that affect the preparation and organization of the exam, especially the stages of printing and copying exam papers, invigilation, marking, and review, the units must immediately report to the Standing Committee of the National Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Examination.
In April and May 2025, the Ministry of Education and Training will organize technical training conferences on the organization of the 2025 high school graduation exam for all localities.
