The Gulfstream G650ER, with a maximum capacity of 17 people, is the private jet that billionaire Bill Gates has used to travel the world in recent years.
According to sources from VnExpress , billionaire Bill Gates arrived in Da Nang on a private trip with his girlfriend on the morning of March 4th aboard a Gulfstream G650ER private jet. This is a private aircraft manufactured by the American company Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation.

The Gulfstream G650ER has a maximum capacity of 17 seated passengers or 6-8 sleeping passengers. The seating can be customized to accommodate any meeting or party.
The aircraft is equipped with a high-end kitchenette, catering to the owner's culinary needs. Amenities such as comfortable sofas with screens and Ka-band Wi-Fi, providing fast global internet access in the air, are also strong points of this aircraft.
Bill Gates owns six private aircraft, including four private jets, a Cessna 208 seaplane, and a Eurocopter EC 135 helicopter. His private jet collection includes two Gulfstream G650ERS and two Bombardier Challenger 350s. The Gulfstream G650ER has a list price of nearly $70 million and is considered the Rolls-Royce of business jets.
Last year, Bill Gates took 392 flights on his private jet, averaging more than one flight per day.

The G650ER is Gulfstream's largest aircraft model. Wayne Oedewalt, Vice President for Asia Pacific at Gulfstream, once said it is one of the most popular and best-selling business jets in the history of business aviation.
Over 500 G650ERs are in use worldwide, and demand continues to grow. The G650ER can reach a top speed of 1,103 km/h and can travel over 13,800 km without refueling, thanks to its two Rolls-Royce BR725 engines.

Besides Bill Gates, billionaire Jeff Bezos also owns a similar aircraft. Meanwhile, billionaire Elon Musk owns three Gulfstream aircraft, one of which is the latest model, the Gulfstream G700.
The Gulstream G650ER is currently also used by a private airline in Vietnam for premium flight contracts.
