Quynh Huong said that she found out that there are many routes to get to Da Den beach. “I chose the route that was a bit further than the other routes, but at the time I went, some sections were closed due to landslides, so I had no other choice,” said the 24-year-old girl.
According to Huong, from Yet Kieu, go near the guest house of the 3rd naval region, then turn right along the mountain road to pass the landmarks (Tri Dat goat farm - Son Tra peninsula guard station - Son Tra radar - heliport), go past the last landmark which is the heliport for a while, you will come to a 3-way intersection and turn left to continue following the trail about 5-6km to reach Da Den beach.
Upon arrival, visitors will see a parking area which is a small house of the local people living here. You park your motorbike and continue walking downhill about 500m to reach Da Den beach.
“The road up here is quite difficult to travel, the road is steep with many dangerous curves so you have to use a motorbike. If you ride a scooter, they won’t let you through even when you get to the guard station. The road after parking your vehicle, the walk down is quite bumpy, there are many large rocks for you to climb over, so be careful not to slip or fall or get scratched,” Huong cautioned.
According to this tourist, this area will lose phone signal, so tourists should pay attention to check Google Map in areas with signal to avoid getting lost.
