VFX Capital Calling Platform Officially Launched

Vietnam Capital Exchange (VFX) officially launched, opening up many opportunities to access investment capital for startups, contributing to warming up the Vietnamese startup capital market.

On August 3, the Vietnam Fundraising Exchange (Viet Fundraising eXchange - VFX) was officially launched in Ho Chi Minh City, opening up many opportunities to access investment capital for startups, contributing to warming up the Vietnamese startup capital market.

Ms. Mary Bui, founder of VFX and CEO of Vietnam Startup Incubator, shared that Vietnam Capital Calling Platform is a place to connect financial and investment needs between startups and investors to promote the growth and sustainable development of stakeholders through a comprehensive chain of solutions and services.

Vietnam Fundraising Exchange (VFX) was officially launched on August 3.

Startups are carefully selected, meet VFX standards and criteria, are classified into "baskets" according to the floor's regulations, and have gone through incubation, acceleration and support from reputable incubators.

VFX's investment ecosystem includes professional investors, innovation investment funds, venture capital funds and individual investors.

The transaction process at VFX is professionally carried out from the selection and inspection of "goods" to transactions, capital management and divestment, ensuring safety and efficiency for investors.

Sharing about the company's roadmap, strategy and development plan for the period 2024 to 2030, Mr. Le Viet Dung Linh, Director of Finance of VFX, said that this roadmap includes investment strategy and technology and market development, capital strategy, revenue projections, etc., with special emphasis on growth targets.

In the development roadmap, VFX focuses on investing in technology, expanding the market, and at the same time expanding the scale of investment capital, inviting more large domestic and foreign investors to participate in co-founding and operating to increase resources for development, improve the capacity to serve the market and ecosystem, and achieve sustainable growth goals.

At the event, VFX received investment from two major investors. Of which, the Digital Asset Development Fund (DAD FUND) committed to invest 20 billion VND in Vien Nam Capital Calling Platform Joint Stock Company from the signing date to December 31, 2025; MetaDAP Digital Asset Platform Joint Stock Company committed to invest platform technology with a total value of 10 million USD in Vietnam Capital Calling Platform Joint Stock Company in the period of 2024 - 2030.

Immediately after signing the investment contract, metaDAP will transfer the source and code of the technology for community fundraising. In addition, there are also a number of small investors participating as founding shareholders with the desire to contribute to building and developing VFX.

Within the framework of the event, VFX launched the campaign committee to establish the Startup Innovation Investment Fund (VSI Fund), which plays an important role in supporting and developing early-stage startups.

VSI Fund provides essential capital, unblocks financial flows and creates a favorable environment for innovation. VSI Fund not only helps minimize risks for investors through a strict control mechanism but also promotes connection and cooperation between investors and startups, contributing to building a sustainable startup ecosystem.

VFX Capital Calling Platform was initiated in early 2020 and officially launched on July 15, 2022. VFX founders have always been concerned about solving the bottlenecks that make it difficult for startups to access capital as well as increasing investors' confidence in startups.

Therefore, VFX focuses on developing solutions and support tools to ensure startups receive capital, use investment capital optimally, achieve business goals; at the same time support investors in capital management, portfolio management, and effective risk management.
