Choose a house near the school.

Finding a school near home – a common concern for parents.

"Only when you raise children do you understand the heart of a parent," for Phi Hoang, the education and future of his two young daughters are always his top priority. Hoang runs a medium-sized travel company, so the tourist season is incredibly busy. His wife also works as an accountant for his company, and her important role is to take care of their two daughters, which often leaves them overwhelmed because they attend different schools with different schedules. Then, last weekend, Hoang and his wife made an important decision!

Transporting children to and from school far from home has become a major concern for many families.

That Saturday evening, the whole family was invited to a party at ZenPark, a Japanese garden in the western part of the city. The dazzling scenery, like a city of lights, captivated their two daughters. Thuy Anh was equally impressed when her friends told her about the "All In One" amenities of the place. From then on, the playful remark, "Why don't we move here together for fun?" suddenly turned into a serious discussion among the adults, with enthusiastic support from the children of both families.

After researching and reviewing the housing options in the area, and balancing his family's finances, Phi Hoang decided to soon finalize the purchase of a 75.4m2, 3-bedroom apartment at The Sola Park – a newly launched apartment project with a prime location right at the gateway to the large urban area.

“This project is by MIK Group – a reputable developer in the market. The Sola Park is also phase 2 of the Imperia Smart City project, so the quality is easy to verify. Moreover, I am focusing my finances on developing my company during the tourist season, so the fact that the developer is offering loans up to 70% of the apartment value and a 0% interest rate until handover is a big plus,” Hoang analyzed.

Meanwhile, Thuy Anh breathed a sigh of relief at the prospect of no longer having to worry about picking up and dropping off her two princesses in the sun and rain. She also decided that after this summer, she would enroll her eldest daughter in Vinschool within the project "to get acquainted with teachers and friends," and would soon enroll her younger daughter in Tay Mo Kindergarten - a spacious, nationally accredited school located within The Sola Park...

The Sola Park attracts young people with its convenient location near schools and classes.

Dai Hai, who heads a real estate brokerage team in West Hanoi, said that since The Sola Park was announced, there has been a flood of inquiries, with the most interested group being young families. The project's proximity to numerous schools, both public and private, is a particularly appealing factor for customers.

He also shared that last weekend, after he sent the project location and apartment floor plan via Zalo, a customer in Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh immediately chose a 1-bedroom apartment with an area of 42 m2 for his 12th-grade son who had just received direct admission notice to the University of Commerce, located just a few kilometers from The Sola Park.

That's also why Dai Hai hopes to do very well at The Sola Park because he believes that, "the effect of choosing schools and classes for children this summer will attract customers interested in learning more about The Sola Park apartments, not to mention the intrinsic values from quality to living space and amenities of The Sola Park will further convince even the most discerning customers."

In fact, this veteran real estate agent's belief is well-founded because, according to data from the Hanoi Department of Education, the capital city has the largest number of students in the country with 2.3 million students. Each year, Hanoi adds an average of 40,000-50,000 high school students, not to mention hundreds of thousands of new university students and young families adding to the list of those needing accommodation.

Many customers, especially young families, choose The Sola Park for its convenience in their children's education.

The safety concerns surrounding boarding houses and mini-apartments have fueled an unprecedented demand for affordable, safe, and convenient apartments, especially those located near reputable educational institutions. Many families even choose schools before homes, or sell their old houses and buy new ones once they find a suitable school for their children.

Therefore, the flexible, multi-platform educational ecosystem adjacent to The Sola Park is certainly very attractive to young families. According to our research, within the project itself is the Vinschool integrated school system, Tay Mo Kindergarten, Primary School, and Secondary School. Looking more broadly across the Tay Mo area, there are over 25 kindergartens; over 10 primary schools; over 5 secondary schools; and over 5 high schools. Soon, children at The Sola Park will no longer have to brave the rain and sun to get to school, and busy residents of The Sola Park will no longer have to rush every morning and afternoon to drop off and pick up their children.
