For example, the team from Ngoc Hien district competed in the crab noodle soup competition with the name “Flavor of Dat Mui”, made from the main ingredient of famous sea crab meat; or the team from Thoi Binh district named the banh khot “My hometown Song Trem”; the team from Dam Doi district had a shrimp and pork rice cake dish with the name “Flavor of Dam land”; with the name “Golden season pearl”, the unit from Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Company brought many colorful folk cakes…
