A Reddit user named Direct-Till-2680 recently caused a stir in the Android community when posting images of what are said to be 3 color versions of the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Specifically, the leaked colors of this flagship include silver, light gold and especially a bright orange color that is said to look exactly like the Cosmic Orange version of the iPhone 17.
In the comments section, most users reacted negatively to this leaked information. Many comments criticized Samsung for "copying" too much from Apple.
"Almost every major phone company is trying to be like Apple. The uniqueness is lost," commented user TypicalWeirdoSOS.
However, the authenticity of this rumor is still controversial. The news site OnLeaks, which specializes in leaking information about Samsung, believes that this image could be the product of AI.
Meanwhile, famous technology expert Max Jambor affirmed that orange will be the new color version of Galaxy S26 Ultra, replacing black. “Orange will be the version that replaces black. That will happen in 2026,” Jambor wrote.
Although it is still at least 5 months away from launch, a lot of information has been revealed about the configuration of the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The device is expected to maintain a 5,000 mAh battery, possibly supporting 60 W fast charging.
In terms of camera, Samsung seems to continue using the HP2 main sensor with 200 MP resolution, but increased the aperture from f/1.7 on the Galaxy S25 Ultra to f/1.4.
The large aperture allows for more light to be captured, promising improved low-light performance. Additionally, the 10MP 3x telephoto camera can potentially be upgraded to 50MP, bringing detail to zoomed images.
Another notable point is the rumor that Samsung is equipping a new OLED panel called “Flex Magic Pixel”. This technology will be integrated with AI to increase privacy, limiting others from seeing the content displayed on the screen without permission.
