Thorough preparations are being made for the inauguration ceremonies of projects celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 240/CD-TTg of the Prime Minister directing the organization of groundbreaking ceremonies, inauguration ceremonies, and technical opening ceremonies for projects to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The official dispatch states: To prepare for the groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical opening ceremonies of projects to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam on December 19, 2025, the Prime Minister has issued the following official dispatches: No. 158/CĐ-TTg dated September 4, 2025, No. 224/CĐ-TTg dated November 20, 2025, and No. 235/CĐ-TTg dated December 1, 2025, assigning specific tasks to ministries, sectors, People's Committees of provinces and cities, corporations, general companies, and related units.

The Prime Minister requests that: Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies and government agencies; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities; Chairpersons of Boards of Directors and General Directors of corporations, general companies, and related units strictly implement the Prime Minister's directives in the relevant official dispatches concerning this field. Project owners/investors should proactively prepare all necessary material and technical conditions for organizing the groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical opening ceremonies of projects under their responsibility, following the general script developed by Vietnam Television (VTV), ensuring solemnity, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety.

Relevant units need to coordinate closely with Vietnam Television, Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), Vietnam Military Telecommunications Group (VIETTEL), and the Ministry of Construction during the preparation process to ensure the ceremony is a success...

Provincial authorities are implementing plans to ensure safety, security, power supply, communication, traffic management, healthcare, and fire prevention and control in the event area. The Vietnam News Agency, Vietnam Radio, and Nhan Dan Newspaper are developing and implementing communication programs before, during, and after the event, ensuring rich and impressive content and format to spread positive energy among the people to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The Ministry of Interior is leading the awarding of commendations to organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements...

The Prime Minister has assigned the Ministry of Construction and the Government Office, according to their assigned functions and duties, to monitor and urge ministries, agencies, and localities to implement the tasks assigned in this Official Dispatch, and to promptly report to Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha for consideration and direction; in cases exceeding their authority, they should report to the Prime Minister.
