At the same time, work with art units, schools and localities to prepare human resources to participate in practice, performance and service. The provincial police, the provincial military command and functional units have developed plans and arranged forces to ensure security, order, traffic safety, health, fire prevention and fighting in the areas where the program takes place. The provincial media actively promotes the event. Up to this point, preparations have been basically completed.
Representatives of relevant departments, branches and units focused on discussing logistics, traffic regulation, arrangement of reception areas for delegates, vehicles, equipment, etc. Proposing the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Provincial People's Committee Office to compile and provide a list of delegates to introduce before and during the live broadcast program. The Provincial Police have a plan to arrange priority roads for artists and actors to facilitate their movement to perform at the two locations.

Speaking here, comrade Mai Son emphasized: The art program is an event of special significance to celebrate the establishment of the new Bac Ninh province, honor historical and cultural values, demonstrate the vision, integration capacity and breakthrough aspirations of the province in the new context.
The program has many unique features with the participation of many famous artists, so it is expected to attract a large number of people from inside and outside the province to enjoy and cheer. Therefore, the preparation work needs to be implemented synchronously and thoughtfully in all aspects.
The comrade assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to unify the list of delegates, develop a specific, reasonable and solemn seating chart; deploy the printing of delegate and reporter cards, ensure favorable and safe conditions for press and media agencies to work, and units to perform the light show; mobilize the reception team to serve methodically and thoughtfully.
The provincial police developed a comprehensive plan, mobilized forces, proactively divided traffic, strictly controlled areas at risk of congestion and crowded areas; and supported artists to move smoothly and safely to the performance venue.
At the same time, coordinate with military forces and urban order to ensure security and traffic safety; arrange and regulate reasonable parking lots with clear signs. Particularly, the high-altitude fireworks display area after the art program must ensure absolute safety for people, vehicles and equipment. Press agencies and media units must increase information before, during and after the event; functional units must announce the time and location of the event, instruct people to attend in an orderly, civilized manner and maintain environmental hygiene.

The art program to celebrate the establishment of the new Bac Ninh province with the theme “Bac Ninh - a thousand years of culture - aspiration to rise in the new era” will take place at 7:30 p.m. on July 4. One of the special highlights of the program is the performance of 1,500 artists, extras and students from schools and art troupes performing to the song “Bac Bling” by singers Hoa Minzy and Tuan Cry. The program will also feature an impressive Dronelight performance and high-altitude fireworks.
