Miss Vietnam 2024 finalists in 'discreet' bikinis

For the first time in the Miss Vietnam contest, the contestants had a name-calling ceremony. On the final night, the contestants performed in modest and graceful swimsuits with long skirts.

The final round of Miss Vietnam 2024 took place on the evening of April 20 at Quan Ngua Sports Palace (Ba Dinh, Hanoi), with a performance of ao dai, evening gown, bikini and presentation by 41 contestants.

This year, for the first time, Miss Vietnam added a name-calling performance, with the organizers' aim being to help contestants have the opportunity to express themselves before a national audience.

After each contestant shouted their name, their family members and fans in the stands cheered loudly.

The bikini performance of 41 contestants in turquoise bikinis with long skirts helped the contestants look graceful when walking on the stage with a long catwalk.

The bikini competition is not only an opportunity for contestants to show off their bodies but also one of the important criteria to help the judges comprehensively evaluate the candidates for the title of Miss, so all contestants try their best to show themselves.

The Ao Dai performance was also highly appreciated. The evening gown performance with music featured singer Bui Lan Huong singing the song Queen , with the support of the ASP ORCHESTRA.

In the final round, each contestant stepped onto the stage with a pre-recorded presentation. Each girl brought her own message, showing her desire to develop herself and contribute to society.

According to the judges' assessment, Miss Vietnam 2024 contestants have equal quality in terms of beauty, body shape, and education.

Miss Thanh Thuy - one of the judges of Miss Vietnam 2024 - shared that she was surprised by the remarkable maturity of the contestants, in terms of appearance, demeanor and communication skills.

The contestants will continue to enter the final night taking place in Hue city in June.
