In particular, storm No. 10 and its aftermath caused widespread devastation: some places were devastated by strong winds, others were submerged in water; some were swept away by tornadoes, others were hit by landslides, cutting off traffic. In that tragedy, humanity shines brightly! Ministries, branches, and functional forces urgently respond to rescue and support people. All over the country, people turn to the flood-hit areas with all their hearts, "mutual love and support", "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves". Relief shipments, working groups cross floods and forests, bring warmth and love, connect hope, and ensure that no one goes hungry or cold in the midst of adversity.

At the same time, at the epicenter of the natural disaster, military forces, police and local authorities worked day and night to help people overcome the consequences, rebuild their homes, restore traffic and stabilize their lives.
