With the great spiritual meaning and value of lullabies from mothers in the daily life of each family, the Lullaby and Prenatal Education program combined with traditional music performances was initiated and implemented by the late Professor Tran Van Khe for many years. After the passing of Professor Tran Van Khe, the Mothers' Club and designer Si Hoang have made efforts to maintain and spread it through many meaningful events.
Today, the Mothers' Association continues to spread that noble spiritual meaning, so that the simple, loving lullabies continue to resonate; so that memories and traditions are maintained and spread; so that the next generations understand the sacred role of lullabies in soothing children from the time they are still in the womb.
The art performance and discussion program Lullaby: The song that nourishes me is carried out with 3 contents: lullaby performance and folk melodies, including typical lullabies, imbued with the origin of the three regions of North - Central - South and ethnic minorities; a discussion on Lullaby and Fetal Education with traditional music, with the participation of Sociologist Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Dr. Pham Thi Thuy; exhibition of a series of graphic paintings including 6 works representing the three regions and ethnic minorities, by a group of young artists Cao Van Tuan and his colleagues.
In addition, at the program, the organizers also called for the participation of artists from all over the country to respond to the composition on the theme of Lullaby...

Participating in the lullaby performance are many artists, including artist Cao Minh Hien (Tay and Cao Lan lullaby singer), who is attached to the Northwest region and has more than 20 years of collecting and performing, known as a "fire keeper" of traditional lullaby melodies.
The art performance and discussion program Ru ca: Tiếng hát dưỡng mình wishes to send to the audience a space of intersection between performing arts, academic knowledge and visual creation. This is also an invitation for everyone to return to the primitive, gentle and humane values of Vietnamese culture.
