Login to Golden Lotus membership account

On the website, members access the homepage vietnamairlines.com, select "Login" on the top right, enter the membership card number and password, then select "Login". On the app, members find the toolbar at the bottom of the homepage, select Lotusmiles, enter the card number and password to log in to the member account.

What does a Golden Lotus membership account include? When logging into your Golden Lotus account, you can perform the following operations: Account information:

• View card information including: Card number, card class, bonus miles, qualifying miles, qualifying flight segments and qualifying period;
• Edit personal information;
• Get rewards (use miles);
• Donate miles;
• Submit a request for the program;
• Buy/transfer miles;
• Other accounts/products include: Co-branded card, My Family (Family Account), Buy Golden Lotus card number, Refer members, LotuSociety.

Activity details: View flight details and bonus miles. Flight mileage request: At least 7 days after completing the flight but the account has not been updated with accumulated miles, members can access the account and submit a request to add miles to the Golden Lotus program to receive the corresponding bonus miles. Members should keep the flight ticket information to make the request to add miles. Change password: Update a new password for the account. Accumulated miles calculator: Enter the airline, departure point, destination, seat class and departure date to know the accumulated miles to be received after the flight is completed.

Reset Golden Lotus account password In case you forget your Golden Lotus account login password, you can proactively reset your password via Vietnam Airlines ' website or app. A link to create a new password will be sent to the email address you used to register your account.
