The "Timeless Legacy" exchange program

This morning (March 11, 2025), under the direction of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, the Hoa Lo Prison Relic Management Board organized an exchange program titled "Timeless Milestones." Attendees watched a reenactment of the March 1945 prison escape via the underground sewer system and listened to moving recollections and stories from the descendants of former political prisoners who participated in the escape. During the program, representatives from the family of Major General Tran Tu Binh, the family of Comrade Truong Thi My, and historian Duong Trung Quoc donated photographs and documents to the unit. This is an important source of information for research, exhibition, and promotion of the relic's value. The program was held to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the historic prison escape of patriotic and revolutionary fighters who were imprisoned at Hoa Lo Prison (March 1945 - March 2025).
