The program gathered many famous artists and singers with elaborate, profound and emotional performances. Songs such as: "Color of red flowers", "Legend of mother", "Vet chan tren cat",... along with songs about Quang Tri Ancient Citadel resounded in the sacred space on the banks of Thach Han River, making the audience choked up. Because here, many outstanding children of the nation have forever remained so that today the country and homeland can be at peace.

In addition to the artistic performances, the highlight of the program is the reports recreating the heroic spirit and great sacrifices of the heroes of the people's armed forces, the army and local people during the war years; at the same time, depicting the image of Quang Tri - a land that once suffered much loss and pain, but is now reviving and developing.

Within the framework of the program, the organizers presented 10 gifts to the families of martyrs in Quang Tri, demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", "When eating fruit, remember the person who planted the tree", expressing gratitude to those who fell for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. Previously, Tinh Hoa Dat Viet Magazine also organized a visit and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, relatives of martyrs, and disabled children in Quang Tri province.
