Positive changes in implementing Resolution 18 in Mo Duc

From July 1, 2025, Mo Duc commune was officially established on the basis of merging Duc Phu, Duc Hoa, Duc Tan communes and Mo Duc town. This is an important step in the process of implementing Resolution No. 18 of the Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate, streamline the organization, and operate effectively and efficiently. After more than 2 months of operation, Mo Duc commune has promoted the spirit of solidarity, innovation and creativity in implementing tasks. Many important results have been recorded, creating strong changes in all fields, towards the goal of serving the people better and better.

Immediately after its establishment, the Mo Duc Commune Party Committee proactively issued decisions to perfect the apparatus in the political system. It established 03 advisory agencies to assist the Party Committee, together with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, specialized departments and offices of the People's Council and People's Committee of the commune. The new apparatus quickly went into effective operation.

On the National Public Service Portal, Mo Duc commune ranked 39/96 units in the province in terms of service quality assessment for people and businesses. The satisfaction index reached 18/18 points.

“The tasks assigned to the commune level are quite large, more than 1,000 tasks. However, the number of civil servants in most departments and offices is also very limited. Therefore, one civil servant takes on many tasks and many tasks. However, after more than 2 months of operation, all civil servants have fulfilled their professional duties.
