Vietnam has officially introduced E10 bioethanol fuel (containing 10% ethanol) for widespread use nationwide. This decision is creating a significant shift in the entire petroleum industry, with a dual objective: increasing energy self-sufficiency and reducing emissions, moving towards a green economy.
