Digital transformation is an essential requirement for banks to maintain competitive advantage.

On May 14, in Ho Chi Minh City, Nam A Bank, Sun Viet Information Technology Development Joint Stock Company (SVTECH) and Microsoft Vietnam held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony, launching the Microsoft 365 deployment project, marking a turning point in digital transformation of the banking industry.

The launching ceremony of the project to deploy the Microsoft 365 solution set to digitize the working environment for all employees of Nam A Bank. Tools such as OneDrive allow access to documents anytime, anywhere with high security, while Power BI supports fast and accurate analysis of financial data. These solutions bring outstanding work performance, improve digital experiences and ensure data security according to strict business standards.

Representatives of Microsoft Vietnam, Nam A Bank, SVTECH signed strategic cooperation at the event.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tuyen, Deputy General Director of Nam A Bank, emphasized: "Digital transformation is no longer an option but an inevitable requirement for banks to maintain their competitive advantage in the technology era."

Ms. Nguyen Quynh Tram, General Director of Microsoft Vietnam, affirmed that Microsoft 365 optimizes productivity, security and creates a platform to exploit AI, improving the experience for employees and customers.

Accompanying Nam A Bank and Microsoft in this project is SVTECH, the leading system integration company in Vietnam and the region, operating in three main areas: system integration, cloud management services and digital transformation. SVTECH will participate in categories such as consulting on digital transformation, data organization and exploitation, development roadmap and AI application in banking operations.
