Appearing in the program "Chuyen Toi Cung Sao", musician Nguyen Quang brought the audience an inspiring story about his musical journey. Not only inheriting the love for the profession from his respected father, Nguyen Quang also affirmed his mettle and talent through each note, each arrangement, each mark on the music stage.

Musician Nguyen Quang shared that his path to music was not smooth. From a young age, his father, the late musician Nguyen Anh 9, prevented him from learning the piano because he was worried that his son would have a hard time, be far from his family, and spend sleepless nights with his piano. However, his love for music still quietly grew within him.
Nguyen Quang recounted his childhood memories: "Every time my father taught me the piano, I secretly climbed up to the mezzanine and peeked out to see which notes my father pressed and how he played. Gradually, I remembered the finger positions and could play the whole song without ever learning a single note."
One evening, he secretly played the piece of music his father had just taught his student. He came home early and was amazed to see that his son could play the entire piece by "stealing". From then on, he understood that music was truly in his son's blood and opened his heart to let Nguyen Quang pursue his passion.
Being the son of a famous musician, Nguyen Quang does not feel pressured, on the contrary, he considers it a source of pride. In the early days of his professional career, he was loved and enthusiastically guided by his seniors because "he is the son of Nguyen Anh 9". He shared: "I have never found it difficult, but I have always enjoyed it. If I say I am not as good as my father, it is natural because my father is musician Nguyen Anh 9, but if I am better than my father, it is a gift from God, a very good thing".
Not only a talented artist, the late musician Nguyen Anh 9 was also a respected teacher, always ready to help generations of young singers, regardless of whether they were famous or unknown. Musician Nguyen Quang said: "Many young singers who were just starting out in the profession, still trembling and bewildered, knocked on my father's door to ask to practice singing, my father always opened his arms. He said that as long as he could sit next to the guitar, he was happy, it didn't matter who sang." That philosophy of life of his father is what inspires Nguyen Quang to this day. He always keeps himself humble, meticulous and has a desire to contribute.

One of the most sacred memories of musician Nguyen Quang is the first and only time he stood next to his father on the same stage, playing two pianos together in the music night "Silent Piano Sound". The song "Love Song Afternoon Rain" resounded not only as a musical gift but also as a harmony of two generations, where the father closed his artistic journey, and the son continued with all respect, passion and gratitude.
Not only loved as a musician, Nguyen Quang also asserted himself through his arrangements, music production and as a judge in prestigious music competitions. Musician Nguyen Quang advised young artists: "If you want to go a long way, you have to go slowly but surely. Don't lose the whole journey because of a little temporary success." Thanks to that determination, he gradually built his own position, especially in the field of arrangement.
Continuous learning, especially in the fields of music direction and sound design, has helped Nguyen Quang grasp the stage in his hands. He is proud to have performed dozens of 100% live music shows without ever encountering any technical errors. For him, each role is a piece that creates a portrait of a complete artist.
From a boy who “stealth-learned” the piano to a musician who has stood firmly in the hearts of audiences for decades, musician Nguyen Quang has proven that only when nurtured with passion, talent and constant effort, will we truly shine brightly on the path of art.
