On the morning of August 28, the Retired Club of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation - People's Council - Provincial People's Committee held its 7th Congress for the 2025 - 2028 term. Attending were leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

In the 2022 - 2025 term, the Club maintained its regular activities, organized many diverse activities and achieved many practical results. During the term, the Club admitted 19 new members, bringing the total number to 81 members. It organized sick visits for 90 members; celebrated the longevity of 36 members; organized tours for members ... The Club's activities contributed to strengthening solidarity, encouraging spirit, taking care of the cultural and spiritual life of members, while preserving and promoting the fine traditions of the agency and unit.

Club members live and work according to the constitution and law; strictly follow the club's charter; enthusiastically participate in club activities and at their place of residence; always maintain the spirit of "living in harmony, solidarity, happiness, and health", being a shining example in every family for their children to follow; 100% of club members' families have achieved the title of cultural family. Many club members actively and enthusiastically participate in social work, holding positions such as: secretary, deputy secretary of the party cell, head of the residential group, head of the Front's working committee, etc.

In the 2025 - 2028 term, the Club will continue to maintain good practice in visiting members when they are sick or in mourning; organize a common longevity celebration on August 28 every year. Strive for 100% of members not to violate social ethics, customs and national cultural traditions; 100% of members' families to achieve the title of cultural family...

The Congress approved the Charter; elected the 7th Executive Committee of the Club, term 2025 - 2028, consisting of 8 comrades.

The Club's Board of Directors presented flowers to celebrate the longevity of elderly members.

On this occasion, the Retirement Club of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation - People's Council - Provincial People's Committee organized a meeting to review the glorious tradition of 80 years of construction and growth of the system of State administrative agencies' offices (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025). Organized a birthday celebration for 16 elderly members.
