'The Bride of a Rich Family' hits theaters in North America and Europe

Deadline (USA) reported that The Rich Bride will be released in theaters in North America and the UK, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia from November 8.

The Trophy Bride , a comedy and drama film directed by Vu Ngoc Dang, co-director of Dad , I'm Sorry , is currently the 4th highest-grossing Vietnamese film and the first Vietnamese-produced film to surpass the $1 million mark at the US box office.

3388 Films is the leading company distributing Southeast Asian films worldwide , and was responsible for distributing The Godfather .

The Rich Bride was released in the domestic market on October 18, has earned 2.5 million USD (about 62 billion VND) and is still being shown.

The film's story revolves around an oppressed family, and those who in an effort to make money venture into the upper class as con men with a daring scheme to turn their only daughter into the bride of a prestigious family.
