NDO - On November 6th, buying pressure intensified towards the end of the trading session, with sectors such as banking, securities, and industrial real estate experiencing strong gains. Among the VN30 group of blue-chip stocks, 29 closed higher, with TCB,ACB , MBB, VCB, GVR, BCM, TPB, and POW surging, propelling the main indices higher. At the close, the VN-Index rose 15.52 points to 1,261.28 points.
On the HoSE exchange, the trading value in this session increased sharply compared to the previous session, reaching over 12,103.26 billion VND.
Foreign investors net sold 383 billion VND on the HoSE exchange. On the buying side, KDC was the most heavily bought (79 billion VND), followed by HPG (67 billion VND), VNM (51 billion VND)... Conversely, SSI was the most heavily sold (73 billion VND), followed by BCM (66 billion VND), STB (58 billion VND)...
In today's session, among the VN30 stocks, only MWG closed at the reference price, while the rest all increased.
Among them, GVR saw the strongest increase, rising 5.14% to VND 33,750 per share, followed by BCM and CTG both up 2.43%, TPB up 2.42%, POW up 2.16%, TCB up 1.92%, STB up 1.87%, HPG up 1.7%, VRE up 1.69%, MBB up 1.64%, MSN up 1.5%,FPT up 1.51%, ACB up 1.41%, BID up 1.37%, HDB up 1.34%, VJC up 1.35%, VIC up 1.21%, and SSI up 1.15%.
The remaining stocks: BVH, GAS, PLX, SAB,SHB , SSB, VCB, VHM, VIB, VNM, VPB increased slightly.
In terms of sectors, banking stocks traded most actively, with many rising. Besides the VN30 group stocks: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB, the remaining stocks also performed well: EIB increased by 0.78%, LPB by 0.46%, MSB by 2.12%, OCB by 0.93%, and NAB by 0.31%.
Steel stocks, excluding DTL which fell 3.06% to VND 11,100/share and HMC which remained unchanged, all performed well. Specifically, HPG increased 1.7%, HSG increased 1.75%, NKG increased 2.15%, SMC increased 1.89%, and TLH increased 1.45%.
The securities sector closed in almost all green, with AGR rising 3.67%, BSI 1.57%, CTS 2.14%, FTS 1.29%, HCM 1.73%, ORS 2.16%, SSI 1.15%, TCI 0.12%, TVS 1.18%, VCI 2.49%, VDS 3.33%, VIX 1.89%, VND 2.44%, and DSE remaining unchanged. Conversely, APG fell 0.54% and TVB fell 0.22%.
Real estate stocks also surged, with stocks like KBC, LDG, QCG, SIP, and SZC hitting the ceiling price, while TIP rose 5.77%, LHG 5.2%, NBB 3.39%, IJC 3.04%, AGG 2.93%, DTA 2.5%, D2D 2.06%, and SZL 1.94%...
* The Vietnamese stock market index continued its strong upward trend towards the end of today's session, with the VNXALL-Index closing up 27.78 points (+1.35%) at 2,090.35 points. Total market liquidity reached 548.02 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND 14,602.59 billion. Across the market, 311 stocks increased in price, 78 remained unchanged, and 65 decreased.
* On the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), the HNX-Index closed at 227.76 points, up 2.91 points (+1.29%). Total trading volume reached over 41.13 million units, with a corresponding transaction value of over 945.08 billion VND. Across the entire exchange, there were 115 gainers, 61 unchanged stocks, and 36 losers.
The HNX30 index closed up 9.23 points (+1.91%) at 491.27 points. Trading volume reached approximately 28.62 million units, with a corresponding value of over 781.99 billion VND. Among the HNX30 stocks, 23 ended the trading day higher, 5 remained unchanged, and 2 declined.
On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index rose, closing at 92.71 points, up 0.80 points (+0.87%). Total market liquidity reached over 24.90 million shares traded, with a corresponding trading value of over 389.17 billion VND. Among UPCoM stocks, 187 ended the trading day higher, 89 remained unchanged, and 62 declined.
* On the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 15.52 points (+1.25%) at 1,261.28 points. Trading volume reached over 566.33 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND 14,160.16 billion. Across the entire exchange, there were 312 gainers, 56 unchanged stocks, and 61 losers.
The VN30 index rose 16.21 points (+1.23%) to 1,329.56 points. Trading volume reached over 200.88 million units, equivalent to a transaction value of VND 6,436.07 billion. At the end of the trading day, 29 VN30 stocks increased, 1 remained unchanged, and 0 decreased.
The five stocks with the highest trading volume were HPG (over 20.99 million units), KBC (over 20.29 million units), DXG (over 17.45 million units), VPB (over 16.23 million units), and TCB (over 15.68 million units).
