The daughter recounts a touching memory about the late artist Phi Nhung.

More than two years after Phi Nhung's passing, friends and fans continue to care for and remember the late artist. Her daughter, Wendy Pham, has taken over her mother's role in caring for her adopted siblings in Vietnam, while also continuing her mother's unfinished charitable projects.

Recently, Wendy Pham shared on her personal page a photo of singer Phi Nhung taken during Thanksgiving 2019.

She wrote: "I want to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving with family and loved ones. I only remember one Thanksgiving memory: with my mother in 2019. That night wasn't very long, but it's a memory I'll cherish forever."

"I want to thank everyone for the unconditional love and support you've given my mother and my little family over the years."

This is a picture of Phi Nhung reuniting with her daughter on a holiday four years ago.

A photo of singer Phi Nhung from four years ago, along with her daughter's heartfelt message, moved many people. One fan expressed, "I felt a lump in my throat reading these words and will forever cherish my idol, Phi Nhung."

"Every time we see pictures of your little family and pictures of your mother Phi Nhung, all of us who loved your mother Phi Nhung remember and mourn her so much, Wendy. We wish your little family everlasting happiness and peace," another viewer expressed.

Previously, on the second anniversary of Phi Nhung's death, her daughter shared her heartfelt memories of her mother: "Two years have passed, but it feels like just yesterday I sat by the phone 24/7 waiting for news about you, Mom. Those were the longest two months of my life, and even now I still feel pain and worry. You promised to come home for my birthday, but it's been two years and I haven't seen you. I will always remember and love you forever."

Wendy Pham, born in 1992, graduated with a nursing degree in the US and earned a Master's degree in Medicine. In 2017, singer Phi Nhung revealed photos of her daughter, surprising the public as they had never heard that Phi Nhung had a child. Phi Nhung shared that both she and her daughter wanted a peaceful life like everyone else, so they didn't publicly disclose their relationship. Wendy Pham previously appeared in her mother's music video, "Ao Xanh" (Green Shirt ).
