According to HK01 , Sun An-ta, the son of actress Di Ying, was arrested by police on May 17th for involvement in dangerous acts in public. He faces four charges, including intentionally setting fires to endanger others...

Ton An Ta went to the riverbank in Beitou (Taipei) to test homemade gunpowder and posted the experiment on social media. This act violated Taiwanese law. Authorities quickly intervened, taking him to the police station for questioning.
During the investigation, police discovered that Ton An Ta was also in possession of firearms and explosives at his home. He was detained for two months on charges of endangering public security and threatening citizens.
After Sun An Ta was arrested, actress Di Ying live-streamed herself crying. She described her son as talented in the field of weapons manufacturing, calling him a "genius."
The actor clarified that his son was only testing gunpowder in a secluded area and did not endanger anyone, so he did not deserve to be arrested.

"An Tá will thrive if properly nurtured. Why don't research institutes and academies of science hire her?", she shared.
The actress's case quickly became a subject of controversy. People accused Di Ying of "blindly defending her child," "poorly educating her child," and causing harm to society.
Sun An Ta is the only son of actress Di Ying and actor Sun Peng. They married in 1999 and underwent three rounds of artificial insemination before finally having a child.
Having a child in her late 30s and yearning to be a mother since childhood, many believe this is the main reason why the actress who played Bao Thanh Tian spoiled her son so much, leading to bizarre parenting methods that negatively impacted his psychology.
In 2019, the actress became the target of criticism when she revealed that she let her child sleep with her until the age of 15.
At the age of 18, Ton An Ta was sent by his family to study in the United States. As he grew older, he showed increasing signs of depression and distorted thinking. In late 2018, Ton An Ta was arrested by American police after declaring he would shoot at a high school in Pennsylvania.
During a search of An Ta's residence, police discovered guns, ammunition, and other dangerous items. As a result, Ton An Ta was sentenced to 260 days in prison and subsequently deported from the United States.

Di Ying, born in 1962, is a veteran actress and TV host of Taiwanese television. She made a strong impression with her roles in the 1993 TV series *Judge Bao*, including episodes such as *Thunderous Fury*, *Nine Paths of the Law*, and *Five Rats Causing Havoc in Tokyo *.
