Accordingly, since the afternoon of August 26, some shops along Nguyen Thai Hoc Street and some other streets and roads where the parade passes have arranged chairs or spread out tarps to reserve seats for sale to people watching the parade.

To ensure that the situation of selling reserved seats does not recur, according to the commander, from 8am today, the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Police have assigned officers to be on duty.
