Tuyen Quang Provincial Police and Gtel signed a cooperation agreement to provide postal services.

On the morning of August 1, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police coordinated with Global Telecommunications Technology Corporation (Gtel) to organize a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement on providing postal services. Attending the signing ceremony were Colonel Luc The Hung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; Lieutenant Colonel Dang Ngoc Tin, Deputy General Director of Gtel.

Leaders of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police and Global Telecommunications Technology Corporation signed a cooperation agreement to provide postal services.

According to the agreement, Gtel will cooperate with the Provincial Police in implementing services to receive documents and return results of administrative procedure settlement; provide delivery services, and return temporarily detained documents at the request of organizations and individuals, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timeliness.

Gtel also commits to support service communication, publicly post fares at transaction points; arrange staff at the administrative procedure settlement department of units under the Provincial Police when necessary; ensure operating procedures, handle complaints, and compensate if any arise.

The signing of this agreement aims to gradually improve technical infrastructure and logistics services, serving the effective implementation of online public services in Tuyen Quang province. Thereby creating more favorable conditions for people and organizations in carrying out administrative transactions with the police, saving time, costs and promoting administrative reform.
