According to regulations, this year candidates can register, adjust and supplement their university admission wishes from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, 2025.

The Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates register their admission wishes for majors/programs online on the Ministry's general admission system or on the National Public Service Portal.

Candidates' wishes for admission to all training institutions are registered by major/program and are ranked from 1 to the end, in which wish 1 is the highest wish.

At the same time, candidates must provide data (according to the criteria, conditions, and registration process specified in the admission information of training institutions) corresponding to the major/program that the candidate has registered for admission so that training institutions can use it for admission.

The Ministryof Education and Training's general admission support system will automatically process candidate data according to the principle of equality between methods.

In the 2024 university entrance exam, the percentage of candidates admitted using the admission method based on high school graduation exam results accounted for the highest proportion (49.45%). Next was the admission method based on high school transcripts, then the remaining methods.
