The 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan of Dung Quat II industrial, urban and service park has an area of nearly 1,500 hectares, located in Binh Tan Phu commune - former Binh Son district, now Dong Son commune and Tinh Phong commune - former Son Tinh district, now Tho Phong commune, Quang Ngai province.

This will be the industrial, urban and service development area in the South of Dung Quat Economic Zone, developing multi-industry, environmentally friendly high-tech industry, associated with the urban - service support area, the gateway area in the South of Dung Quat Economic Zone, playing an important role in the development linkage between Dung Quat Economic Zone and the old Quang Ngai city, now Truong Quang Trong Ward and the surrounding area.
