According to the Merger Project, the new agency's apparatus has a leadership board (including the Editor-in-Chief and 5 Deputy Editors-in-Chief) and 8 specialized departments including: Organization-Administration Department, Secretary-Editor Department, Printed Newspaper Department, Electronic Newspaper-Digital Content Department, Television Department, Radio Department, Service-Advertising Department, Technical-Technology Department. The new agency has 117 staff.

Thus, after the merger, there will be a reduction of 1 press agency; a reduction of 5 affiliated departments (38.5% of department-level focal points); a reduction of 1 agency head; a reduction of 5 department-level leaders; a reduction of 27 officials, a rate of 18.8% (the roadmap to April 1, 2025 will reduce 25 people, and to August 1, 2025, reduce 2 people).
