The conference announced and presented the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command; the decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, members of the Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command for the 2025-2030 term.

Colonel Nguyen Van Nganh, Commander of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, presented the decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, Colonel Nguyen Van Hiep, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command, was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee; Colonel Pham Van Thang, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command, was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Colonel Doan Dinh Tranh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command, was appointed as Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

Colonel Nguyen Van Nganh, Commander of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, presented flowers to congratulate the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command for the 2025-2030 term.

The Commander requested the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command to urgently complete the leadership regulations and working regulations to lead, direct and guide agencies and units in implementing their tasks; do a good job of advising the Provincial Military Party Committee, closely coordinate with local forces, Party committees and authorities to well perform the task of managing and firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of the sea and island borders of the Fatherland; at the same time, prepare well in all aspects for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Van Nganh emphasized: The establishment of the Provincial Border Guard Command Party Committee is an important milestone, affirming the core position and role of the Border Guard force in the cause of managing and protecting territorial sovereignty and security of sea and island borders.
