On the afternoon of July 14th, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Provincial Military Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The delegates performed the flag-raising ceremony.

Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province, and Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee - attended and directed the Conference.

Representatives from Military Region 7; representatives from the Party Building Committees of the Provincial Party Committee; Colonel Dinh Hong Tieng - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; and Colonel Nguyen Van Son - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command attended the conference.

Comrade Ton Thien Dong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department - announced the decision on the establishment of the Lam Dong Provincial Military Party Committee.

At the conference, Comrade Ton Thien Dong - Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department - announced the decision of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Provincial Military Party Committee based on the merger of three Provincial Military Party Committees: Lam Dong (old), Dak Nong (old), and Binh Thuan (old).

The Provincial Military Party Committee is the direct superior party committee of the grassroots party organizations under the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, comprising 12 subordinate party organizations and 2,554 party members.

The comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee were introduced.

Simultaneously, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee announced its decision, appointing a 21-member Executive Committee and a 7-member Standing Committee; appointing Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province - to the position of Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee; and appointing two Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Military Party Committee: Colonel Nguyen Van Son - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; and Colonel Dinh Hong Tieng - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command.

Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province, and Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee - delivered a speech at the Conference.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province, and Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee - requested that each Party organization and Party committee at all levels continue to thoroughly understand the documents from higher levels regarding the organization and arrangement of the two-tiered local government apparatus, including building a lean, efficient, and strong army.

Urgently consolidate the cadre and organizations, especially Party committees and commanders at all levels. Develop working regulations and immediately implement them, avoiding gaps in leadership and guidance; effectively carry out ideological and organizational work during the process of restructuring and streamlining the organization and personnel; continue to lead the restructuring of local military agencies to be "lean, efficient, and strong" to meet the requirements of the new situation.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee held its first meeting.

Promote strong internal unity, especially unity among leaders and commanders. Effectively fulfill the roles, functions, and responsibilities in building a solid "people's support" base; ensuring people's peace and security is a decisive factor in the success of the cause of national construction and defense. Review and adjust the resolve, plans, and operational strategies for defense at all levels to align with the military and national defense strategy and the Party's military and national defense guidelines.

Be creative, flexible, and skillfully and effectively apply the Party's leadership mechanism; promptly advise and propose solutions to difficulties and shortcomings in the implementation of military, national defense, and border guard tasks in the new situation.

Colonel Nguyen Van Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, delivered a speech accepting his new assignment.

In his acceptance speech, Colonel Nguyen Van Son, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, affirmed: Continuing to uphold the heroic traditions of the provincial armed forces; maintaining and strengthening high unity and cohesion within the entire Party Committee; resolutely fulfilling all assigned tasks excellently; worthy of being a reliable political force of the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in the province; making a significant contribution to the victory of the overall revolutionary cause of the entire Party, people, and army.
