On July 8, the Ministry of Justice held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Vinh Long province. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc - Deputy Minister of Justice; Mr. Nguyen Truc Son - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Le Thi Thuy Kieu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

On July 8, the Ministry of Justice held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Vinh Long province. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc - Deputy Minister of Justice; Mr. Nguyen Truc Son - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Le Thi Thuy Kieu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

According to the announced decision, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thanh Dung - former Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Can Tho City, was appointed Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Vinh Long Province, and 4 Deputy Heads of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of the province including: Mr. Nguyen Hoang Danh; Mr. Van Hoang Hai; Ms. Le Thi Hai Yen and Mr. Tran Van Liem. The Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Vinh Long Province consists of 5 departments and 14 areas.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Truc Son - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested officers and civil servants of the enforcement sector to quickly adapt to the new organizational structure, ensuring continuity and stability in enforcement activities in the areas after the arrangement and merger.

Proactively and strengthen coordination with local Party committees, authorities, relevant departments, branches and sectors to promptly resolve issues arising during the transfer process, especially issues related to the enforcement of judgments and decisions in administrative units that have changed.

Ensure the legitimate rights and interests of people and organizations, and avoid congestion or delays due to administrative arrangements. Increase the application of information technology in the enforcement of judgments, promote administrative reforms, and create favorable conditions for people and businesses.
