On August 24, 2023, the Traffic Safety Committee of Ninh Binh province issued Official Dispatch No. 66/BATGT on announcing the hotline number to report on traffic safety and order during the National Day holiday on September 2.
To ensure traffic safety and order during the National Day holiday of September 2, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee has developed a plan to organize a peak period of activities to ensure traffic safety and order during the Traffic Safety Month (September) in general and the National Day holiday of September 2 in particular. The activities focus on: disseminating and popularizing traffic safety laws to raise people's awareness of compliance with traffic safety and order laws; Strengthening patrols, controls, and strict handling of traffic safety violations; Improving capacity and efficiency in management of transportation business, registration, inspection, licensing, training, testing, and granting of driving licenses, and supervising the inspection of road motor vehicles at inspection centers in the province.
In particular, to meet people's travel needs during the holidays, the Department of Transport has requested transport units to mobilize maximum vehicles that meet technical safety standards to transport passengers, meeting people's travel needs and safety.
Implementing the Prime Minister 's telegram and the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on ensuring traffic safety and order to serve the travel needs of people during the National Day holiday on September 2. The Provincial Traffic Safety Committee announces hotline numbers to receive and handle information about traffic safety in the province from people about traffic safety.
